The fine yarns and premium cotton used to weave this 500 thread count fabric produces an exceptionally soft, smooth and strong comforter covering that will provide many years of enjoyment. Goose down, from large mature geese, yields large down clusters for best fill power. The higher the fill power, the larger the clusters and the greater the ability of the down to insulate and provide warmth in a given weight. The FreshLOFTTM washing process of multiple wash and rinse cycles cleans and removes foreign particles, dirt and allergens from the down material and leaves it fresh, fluffy and with the highest level of purity. Properly cleaned down is hypo allergenic and therm ''SuperClean'' by rigorous federal and international testing standards. A Baffled box is made up of thin walls of fabric that attach to the top and bottom of the comforter.
