Directions
Add 1 cup wheat flakes to 2 cups boiling water. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.Suggested Uses:
Lightly sweeten with honey or maple sugar then top with toasted nuts or seeds.
Sub for up to ½ cup flour in quickbreads & muffins.
