The blouse is typical of the region of Tehuacan in the state of Puebla. The style is loose and very simple. The sleeve is the peasant straight style which makes it look very traditional. This Mexican blouse is perfect for a warm day, for the beach over your swim suit, or a casual outfit over jeans or leggings. All of the items are one of a kind because combinations of fabric and thread colors are unique. The color description is only for the fabric. It is usually cut and designed by a family or cooperative, and then is sent to women in communities across the region for embroidering.
