-All registered postage items will be mailed out 1-2 days after order has been confirmed.
-For Registered Postage, an RA number will be issued to you for tracking after mailing your product.

Return Policy

All refund or exchange will only be done in an event of defective goods. When an item is defective, do send us a picture within two days after receiving the product. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your product or it will no longer be valid for refund/exchange. A replacement product will be given to you after we have received your defected item. For instructions on replacement, do contact us at giftidear.enquiry@gmail.com

Similarly, if we have sent you an incorrect item, the procedure is the same as above. We will compensate you with the correct item. For incorrect item, only exchanges will be allowed. Please contact us for instructions on exchanging incorrect item.

We will only exchange or refund after receiving the item. Strictly no exchange or refund for other cases.
Refund and exchange are processed strictly based on a case-by-case basis.
