Red Coloring Pigment - 1oz This pigment is to be mixed at a ratio of 1 oz per quart or 4 oz per gallon. This pigment will make the resin/gelcoat turn solid Red. This pigment is very useful if you are making cosmetic parts as the green will hide small defects. You can also use dyed resin with fiberglass to turn the fiberglass from clear to a solid color. The dye is also helpful as you can eliminate a post production process of repainting. If you mix the dye in the resin then you can acheieve the color you need right away and it will go all the way through the part instead of just being a surface coat.
