ElginTM Cuff weights are designed for rehab and therapeutic exercise. The extra long VelcroA® straps (10" to 14" L) make it possible for layering and added security. ElginTM cuff weights have double sewn, leak free outer seams. Each cuff has a grommet stamped right through the strap and vinyl material for added durability. Filled with lead-free steel shot. 1 to 5 lbs. (0.5 to 2.3 kg) features 1 grommet, 6 to 10 lbs. (2.7 to 4.5 kg) feature 2 grommets, and 12 to 25 lbs. (5.5 to 11.4 kg) do not have grommet for hanging.
