Inspired by Dakgangjeong 닭강정 – a deep fried crispy chicken dish glazed in a sticky， sweet & spicy sauce.

Honey Lemon sauce pack is included: sauce is sweet from honey & a bit tangy from lemon.

Cooking Instructions -

Deep-Fry:

Fry the chicken at 170-175°C for 3.00-4.00 minutes until golden brown. Drain on the paper

towel. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool down until the chicken turns crispy. Add

the sauce to the chicken and mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Serve immediately.

Air-Fry:

Air-fry the chicken at 180-200°C for 6.00-8.00 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool

down until the chicken turns crispy. Add the sauce to the chicken and mix well to coat

the chicken evenly. Serve immediately.

Oven:

Oven bake the chicken at 180-185°C for 7.00-8.00 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and allow to

cool down until the chicken turns crispy. Add the sauce to the chicken and mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Serve immediately.
