International Shipping 

We will normally process your order within 24-72 hours， but we can not guarantee delivery time due to different custom laws and international mail traffic. Please allow almost 4 weeks shipping days for international mail order. We also provide expedited service for international orders. And if you need the fast shipping， please contact our customer service to get help. We apologize for any inconvenience this.

Payment terms

Mostly: EMS:5-14days. UPS/DHL/FedEX/TNT:3-7days. Hongkong post /China Post:30-45days.

We ship to Alixpress\'s address ONLY. Please make sure your address in Alixpress is matched with your shipping address before you pay.

Usually we ship goods globally by registered Courier Express Service，like EMS，Fedex，UPS，TNT，DHL，China Air Post or HK Air Post.

Different shipping methods will cost different days for parcel arrival. If Buyers from countries or regions in which couries express service is unavailable.pls contact with us immediately. We\'ll check and find reliable shipping  method with reasonable cost for you.

Warranty&Return 

1.We provide 1 YEAR Warranty. Buy with confidence!

2.Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.

3.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name， auction number， and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

4.Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping， handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

5.If the item is found non-defective， the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.

6.Please inform us within 7 days with clear photos or video if you receive goods with problem.
