This is SERVICE Denim Sackcoat designed while reviving soft & refined texture and wearing sense
through 3 times of meticulous washing process to erase denim’s unique rough sense.

To materialize the meticulous design which has integrated various details inside the simple silhouette,
it has selected the atelier way which produces the apparel from the cut of fabric, sewing, and finishing with responsibility, the ‘Atelier Label’ product. This coat is made with denim material that has went through preshrunk washing process
before twice of bio washing.
Due to its process, it gives no decolorization, transformation after washing or shrinkage.
It is a coat that is cut in oversized fit with soft & chic silhouette
that creates great casual wear or formal wear in an eye-catching style.

Items such as wallets, smartphone and so on are all storable in this big main pocket.
On cap pocket and inner pocket at back-bottom of this coat, things such as passport
or any other belongings are storable in separated spaces.

It is great to match with various inner wears such as hoody, cardigan or leathered jacket along with many other bottoms
in various fits which provides chic styling without hesitation.
The large main pocket able to store possessions such as wallet, smart phone, and else
and the cap pocket and inner pocket placed on the back bottom of coat can store passport,
and other possessions while separating.

It is great to be styled with all bottom wears of various fits as well as various inner wears
such as hood, cardigan, leather jacket, and else.

Shipping Period

Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (Operating based on Seoul/GMT+9, excluding weekends and holidays)

Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on Korea business days).
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-7 days for KUHO brand due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items.

Precautions of Return

Requesting your return is only available when your order is preparing status.
Requesting your return is only available through 1:1 inquiry if your order is in transit.
Exchange is not available for international shipping items.
Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered.
(Return request after 16 days from the date your item is delivered must be proceeded through 1:1 inquiry.)
For returning your items, please use EMS as your delivery courier.
In case of using other courier services, refund might be delayed due to below reasons
1. Parcel rejected by the customs
2. Identification of returned parcel
If a refund/return shipping fee occurs because of change of mind, the fee shall be deducted from the amount of refund. For an item return caused by customer’s change of mind, refund will be processed after a deduction of 2500 KRW of shipping fee to Korea. However, shipping fees will not be charged for returns of defective product or other imputation caused by company.
If your item is not in the same condition as it was first shipped, (Washed or worn) return is not possible
For hygiene reasons, items such as jewellery/underwear cannot be returned.
Return request is available after your item is delivered at My Page. Customers need to ship it to the international return pick up site after entering tracking number.
