Most of our bikes are assembled 60%--85%,So it needs you to assemble yourself rest like front wheel, pedal,saddal ,handle etc. We hope you can have fun from it, if really hard for you,please take to nearby bike shop for assitance by technician (or as close to )

About damage,scratch,missing part
Athougth we use very strong packing,sometimes minor scratch or slightly paint fall-off could have happend in transit due to rough handling.In this case,please use little fingernail oil to cover it that will not affect outlook the bike. hereby,we appreciate your understanding in advance
As you know ,this is big parcel through international shipping, no easy to return back with same cost. If you find some major parts damaged or broken ,in this case ,please contact us immediatly ,we can resend relative part to you again.
