• We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error
  (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

   

• Items being returned due to a customer error or customer's decision will be paid for shipping charge by the Buyer.

• All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
  Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender.
  Please email us for the RMA number.

   

• Please make sure to fill out the return form before sending any item back.

• We DOES NOT accept returns of the following items:
  - Items from orders older than 14 days.
  - Items that have obvious signs of use.
