The AIRESTEC BMESC1M is specifically designed to penetrate, breakdown and release contamination, bacteria, fungus and mould on the surface of the indoor environment.

Drain pipes blocked due to high levels of fat, oil, grease and other food products will encourage the growth of bacteria and germs, rotten smells, diseases and pests.

The AIRESTEC BMESC1M  has a multi purpose function to (1) clean kitchen benchtops/walls, (2) bathroom floors and (3) unclog drain pipes.  Even after cleaning the benchtops/walls and floors, the wastewater being poured away into the drain pipe can help to unclog the drain pipe at the same time.

How does enzyme technology work and why is it the best method of cleaning?

-Basically, it works the same way as the enzymes in our stomach which help to breakdown the food that we eat, making it easier for us to digest the food.  Similarly, the AIRESTEC enzymes will breakdown the bonding of all the biofilms, fungus and algae including their roots, thus, causing them to drop off and easy to flush off with water. This makes it a truly comprehensive cleaning solution unlike what is out there in the market (whether chemicals or organic) which only clean the surface but not what lies beneath or what is rooted into the surface.  If the roots are not removed, then within a short time period of days, the biofilms, fungus and algae will start to proliferate again.

Usage Instructions:

For kitchen benchtops/walls:

You may dilute at least 20 times of each unit of the enzymes in a spray bottle with water (e.g., please add 20 capfuls of water for every capful of enzymes. Each capful is approx.15mL so after 20 times dilution, it is 300mL of enzyme cleaning solution).  Then just spray on the area that you wish to clean and leave for 5 to 7 seconds. After that, just wipe off with a wet sponge or damp cloth.  With 20 times dilution, it is considered relatively strong and effective. As the enzymes are of food grade, they are not harmful unlike conventional detergents and cleaning agents. It is ideal for food and children’s areas.

For cleaning bathroom floors:

Similarly, you can dilute the enzymes up to 20 times with water in a spray bottle and spray onto the bathroom floor and leave for 4 to 5 minutes especially  the grouting of tiles around the toilet bowl area where the urine smell is difficult to get rid of. The enzymes will work their way deep into the grouting and release the smell, ridding you of the stench once and for all!  The enzymes are neutral so there will be no smell after that.  You may wash the floor with water to rinse off the contaminants after that.

You may use the enzymes for general floor mopping by diluting up to at least 100 times with water (resulting in 1.5 Litres of enzyme cleaning solution from just one 15 mL capful of enzymes). 

For drain pipe unclogging:

Just pour a capful of the enzymes into the drain pipe and leave it overnight without diluting or using any water. The enzymes will do their work overnight by spreading along the pipelines  as far as they can.  If it’s the first time that you are using it, do the same thing for 3 consecutive nights to clear the whole pipeline.  After that, you can do it once a week.  Biofilm and bacteria will grow within a few days of being in a moist environment so it will start to grow again even after clearing!  So it is important to repeat the process weekly to have regularly clear pipelines.  You can do approx. 16 times of pipe unclogging with just one bottle of the BMESC1M.  This makes it one of the most economical and effective drain pipe unclogging methods around and it’s 100% environmentally-friendly!

CAUTION: DO NOT USE WATER THAT WILL GO INTO THE SAME PIPELINES DURING THE NIGHT (eg. sink, basin or bathtub) AS IT WILL WASH AWAY THE ENZYMES BEFORE THEY CAN FINISH THEIR TASK!

NOTE:  DO NOT DILUTE THE ENZYMES TO KEEP FOR LONG PERIODS IN CONTAINERS! ONLY DILUTE WHEN YOU NEED TO USE!  THESE ARE ECOLABEL ENZYMES SO THEY ARE DESIGNED TO EXPIRE WITHIN A MONTH OF DILUTION AND NOT LEAVE ANY CARBON FOOTPRINTS.  THAT’S WHY THEY ARE SAFE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT!  DO NOT STORE UNDER THE SUN.
