Terms and conditions

1. Delivery of sets is via Singpost Normal Postage.  We highly encourage customer to opt for registered postage for a safer and trackable postage.

2. Delivery is between 1 - 3 working days from confirmation of orders.  You should be able to receive your parcel within 7 working days from the delivery date.

3. Self collection can be arranged at Toa Payoh Interchange. Pls contact seller for details.

4. No exchange or refund available.  We only provide exchange of item due to product defects, and customer must return the defective item within 2 days upon receiving.  We are not responsible for item lost during delivery, hence opting for registering postage is recommended.
