The bulb is 1.5 inches in diameter, and 1.5 inches long, not including the base. The voltage operating range is 10-30 volts AC/DC which means the bulb is NOT polarity sensitive. It draws .17 amps which is slightly more than 2 watts. The best part of this bulb is that it generates 800 Lumens, more than 2.5 times brighter than the incandescent bulb you are replacing, and more than 2 times the brightness of other similar LED bulbs.
