Yes (5) No (4)Flag as Inappropriate Just getting startedI was recommended to use this by a GNC employee when I purchased my whey and pre-workout. My response was "why do I need this" and he told me that it would make my muscles hold more water, look bigger and help me with that last umph I needed to get that last rep. I must say that while I have been using the product pre workout not post, my workouts have been better, more energy throughout and I must say I'm guessing it's doing what it's supposed to do. In a very short time I went from working out with 185 to 225 (4)sets of 8, and after I completed all of my reps I can still slam 300 to 305 without any spotter so I feel the power gain!!!! It does not mix very well but it's worth the price and it's very reasonable as well. I will continue to use and more reviews to come! Was this review helpful?
