Unsuccessful Delivery
During an unsuccessful delivery, a card will be issued at your premise for your follow up.
You can write to :
redelivery@dragonlink.net for a re-arrangement delivery or you may like to do a self-collection at our warehouse.
Redelivery charge is : SGD 5.00 for item weight below 3kgs and additional SGD 0.40 per kg thereafter.
Self-Collection
For self-collection at our warehouse during working hours :
10.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
10.00 am to 1.00 pm Saturday
