Orthotics Lab Singapore utilises Computer aided design and manufacture to fabricate your unique Custom made Orthotics/ Insoles from a block of 32cm x 28cm x 4cm. Using a Cad/ Cam machine guarantees a 100% custom fit for your feet. (Sport shoes is for display only, not for sale)

Summary: The softer the material, the comfort level increases. The harder the material, the higher the control. We maximise the balance of both. Almost all our clients highlight that most of the custom insoles in the market is too hard and do not wear them after the 1st time. That means they have already spent more than $480 before they come to us.

General process once you made an online purchase - Simple 4 steps

Step 1: We will mail our catalogue via registered mail to your residence.

Step 2: An appointment at our lab (Check out google maps - Orthotics Lab Singapore) within 3 working days from online purchase.

Step 3: 1st consultation of 30mins, including 2 feet analysis and 20 mins education tour

Step 4: Fabrication and delivery of bespoke custom insoles (within 7 working days), 2nd consultation 15mins and action plan- Pick up at lab

We can accommodate special requests. It may incur extra charges. eg. house visit, metatarsal domes, heel lift, dual shell material, tri shell material.
