Swisse Pregnancy + Ultivite is a premium quality formula containing 22 vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids to provide nutritional support for the mother and her developing baby, pre-conception, during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
Omega-3 DHA plays a vital role in the healthy development of the baby's eyes, brain, and nervous system. The developing baby relies solely on the mother for supply of omega-3. Swisse Pregnancy + Ultivite contains Wild Tuna oil (sourced sustainably), a rich source of DHA to help meet the mother and baby's needs.
The Swisse Pregnancy + Ultivite formula includes the recommended dose of folic acid, which may reduce the risk of birth defects such as spina bifida or neural tube defects. It also contains iodine, zinc, nicotinamide, vitamins B1 and B12, to help support healthy growth and development of the foetus.
Vitamin C, magnesium and Vitamin D help in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums.
B group vitamins are necessary for the metabolism of food into energy to assist with energy production and vitality.

Swisse Pregnancy+ Ultivite is encapsulated in a bovine (beef) gelatine capsule, and contains tuna oil, therefore is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
All Swisse Wellness Omega-3 Products are tested for solvent residues, lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, pesticide residues, dioxins, furans and PCB's to Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) acceptable standards for allowed criteria.
Directions
Adults – 1 capsule daily or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Please be advised that it is not recommend taking this supplement within 2 hours of consuming tea, coffee, or any caffeinated beverages (such as cola).
Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

Warnings: This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
