How to size your 6MAC jump rope:
1) Stand at the center of jump rope cable with one foot.
2) Pull both jump rope handles straight up, making sure the cable is taut.
3) The top of both handles should be between the height of the armpit and shoulder area.

Each jump rope handle can hold a cable length of 4 inches within the handle, allowing for 8 inches of
total adjustment without the need of cutting the cable. Any cable length adjustment past 8
inches will simply require you to cut off the excess cable.
