Returns 

 We are happy to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase in our store. If any item does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle free return policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the return is due to an error on our part or a flaw in your item taht we missed, we will cover all shipping costs. Just contact us via the Q&A board and we will handle it for your right away.

If you have any questions relating to our products, just post them on the Q&A board and our friendly shop admin will answer it within a day! 

Postage
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however this may take up to the time stated in the estimated delivery time, please contact us if you require your items by a certain date, and we will do our best to meet all deadlines. Most items are delivered within 24 hours and items should not reach you later than 3 days (weekdays) or 5 days (weekends).

Payment / Cancellation
Payment can be made via Qoo10's various payment methods and rest assured, payment is only transferred to us once you clicked the Item Delivered button! Cancellation can be made before the item is shipped. For cancellation after shipment, please contact us via the Q&A board.
