The taste is also the best one and it doesn't make my stomach upset like the others. Don't under-estimate its size! I'm kinda a bit over average caffeine junkie, I drink 2, 3 cups of coffee a day at work and the highest caffeine Rock Star energy drink which has 240mg caffeine doesn't do good for me anymore and neither do some pre-workout stuffs from Walmart. The instruction says one scoop per day and good thing I followed that because the scoop inside the container is tiny that I was about to put 1.5 or 2 scoops. But oh boy, my heart was beating fast and I felt I could run a marathon that day! Two days later, I put a little bit less than full scoop and I couldn't sleep that night! It doesn't have much more caffeine that a Rock Star energy drink but I think it combines creatine and other stuff that gave me big boost at the gym! So, only take it on your workout day and take it way before your bed time or otherwise, you'll be sleepless that night! I'll definitely try the other flavors soon! Was this review helpful? I have now tried all 3 of their flavors and they all taste amazing !! If you want a product that really powers you through a workout without leaving you with a crashed down feeling this product is perfect. It is definitely the strongest pre workout I have used since DMAA. I am a girl, and this is perfect for me. I run and then lift, and this tastes so good, i actually look forward to using it all the time!!!I even replace my coffee in the morning with this, bc the focus at work is so incredible. I start with cardio and this helps me kill that at the beginning of the workout, and lasts the whole way through my weight training. I get great pumps and the energy is so positive feeling. I used to use the wal mart stuff, but this is just as affordable, and twice as good. Tastes great too. They really hit a homerun with this one. Was this review helpful? You'll feel it in you right before you lift but it makes you crash super fast. After I was done with an hour and
