Many have been questioning about the passport holder being bigger for our

Singapore Passport, please refer to the picture below where it states the

card holder position,  the correct placement of the passport should

be placed in that way. I have made them this size so as to custom to

fit the passport that way. There will be gaps if the only either the

front or back cover of the passport are being slot only into the sleeves.

2a.Metal Alphabets (A-Z only)

• -Portrait: MAX 7 Characters (For Passport Holders)
• -Landscape: MAX 10 Characters (For Passport Holders)
• - Max 6 Characters (For Keychain)
• - Max 10 Characters (For iPad Mini Sleeves)
• - Max 10 Characters (For Laptop Sleeves)

OR

2b.Small Metal Alphabets (A-Z only)

• Portrait: MAX 15 Characters (For Passport Holders)
• -Landscape: MAX 20 Characters (For Passport Holders)
• • - Max 10 Characters (For Keychain)

2c. Letter Stamping - Choose a Font

i. Font Type A (Max 20 Character) (A-Z, 1-9 Only)

i. Font Type B (Max 12 Character) (A-Z Only)

Font Type A  - 5mm in height

Font Type B - 6mm in height

** (Use Name Tag T1 - T14)

* Please leave note in memo if you want your name to have a combination of both font

E.g. MeiMei to be stamped out as M from Font B, E & I from Font A

Step 3 : Select a Complimentary Nametag Colour

(The pic below is a better representation of the true colours -

note that they will vary slightly due to lighting)

** Do note that MA4 is black, and MA14 is a dark brown colour. 
T1 is Black, and T3 is Grey
T6 is a reddish brown tone while T14 is dark brown tone.

Step 4 : Select Your Charm

Step 5 : Choose the Placement of your Selection

5a. For Passport Holders ONLY , Style 1 - 4 (For Letter Stamping & Mini Metal Letter)

*** Style 4 will cost additional, and please do no choose landscape for metal letter because it's a total different

selection

5b. For Passport Holders ONLY
- Portrait (For Metal Letters)

- MAX 7 Characters

- Landscape (For Metal Letters)

- MAX 10 Characters

5c. For iPad Mini Sleeves / Laptop ONLY 
- Both Metal Letters and Name Stamping
- Position 1
- Position 2

5d. Keychain ONLY 
- Only 1 layout
-Big Metal Letter Max 6 Characters
- Name Stamping & Small Metal Letters Max 10 Characters

* For other types of placement (e.g. charm before metal letters),

please state in the memo during checkout 

Step 6 : Select the Card Holder to be on Your Left or Right (Only for Passport Holder)

1. Allow 1-3 working days for us to handcraft your items and have them shipped to you.
2. Please note that after order confirmation, no refund or amendments are to be made. (Unless the personalised name is wrong)
3. We are not responsible for lost (normal) mail, and customers are advised to select registered mail (SmartPac).

5. Delivery will be performed by postman, which usually takes 2 working days (+/-) for local delivery and smartpac. Delivery date and time cannot be requested or arranged. Singpost is also unable to provide any phone call service before or during delivery. If no one is around during the delivery, postman will place the smartpac into your letter box and leave you a delivery note as a proof of delivery.
