Directions
Intake Instructions: (Shake well) Children & Sensitive Individuals: 1 drop in 4-6 oz of filtered water or juice once (1x) a day in the morning. Increase intake by 1 drop every three days as tolerated, optimist intake is 52-78 drops twice (2x) a day. Adults: 13 drops in 6-8 oz of filtered water or juice twice (2x) a day. Increase intake by 2-3 drops per day until optimal intake is reached.
