Queston: Why does other seller sells the same item but at a cheaper price?
Answer: Some do not provide after-sales warranty and they are shorter and does not have an incline adjustment. Those models are built for china domestic markets and not for oversea markets. Their quality check standard is lower than us.

Queston: Why must item be setup at warehouse?
Answer: We need to have enough time to check every treadmills before delivering out.

Question: The treadmill seems small, do I have enough space to run?
Answer: Yes, we have tested the treadmill with a 1.9m guy. However, it might take sometime for you to get used to running on a treadmill that is so small.

Question: Is it hard to maintain the treadmill yourself?
Answer: There is an english instruction manual and tools provided to you
for carrying out the basic maintenance of the treadmill. Maintenance should usually be carried out every month, depending on the frequency of the usage and the intensity.

Question: What is cover in the warranty?
Answer: We cover any defects ranging from the lcd montior to the motor
and damages unrelated to normal wear and tear usage.
