  • Rinse thoroughly before and after each use and squeeze dry.
  • Sanitise in the dishwasher or by boiling.
  • Do not microwave.
  • Test first in an inconspicuous area and allow to dry to verify no surface damage.
  • Be careful not to drag hard particles like burnt food over the surface while cleaning as these could be hard enough to scratch the delicate non-stick coating.
