1. "I want to go to USS on XXX date, can I buy the ticket from you?"
Ans: Our tickets are open-dated with an expiry date (we will identify the expiry date when you purchase from us). You can go any time, any day, including public holidays, school holidays and weekends, as long as it is before the expiry date.
2. "Do the tickets include express pass?"
Ans: No. If you would like to purchase the express pass, you can top up the amount at the entrance for it. Unfortunately, as tour agents we do not sell express passes at this moment.
3. "Hi, can do meet-up?"
Ans: We do meet-ups for our customers at Woodlands MRT Station, 7.15PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
4. "Can I pay you cash on the spot when we meet?"
Ans: Unfortunately, we have lots and lots of deadbuyers who will place orders and then disappear during meet-up. This has resulted in loss of time and effort in preparing and packing the tickets. As such, we will collect a nominal sum of $20 for all orders for meet-up. The remaining balance can be paid when we meet.
5. "For the package combo, do I have to visit all the places in one day?"
Ans: No. As mentioned earlier, our tickets are open-dated. That means that you can purchase it first and utilize it in the next few months, as long as the tickets are not expired.
For example, if you had purchased our USS tickets (expires May 2014)
& Aquarium tickets (expires March 2014) as a package. You can choose to go Aquarium in January and then USS in March or April.
Our open-tickets give you the flexibility of planning your trips and the package deals let you enjoy your trips at the most minimal amount without paying too much.
6. "Hi, I'm interested in XXX tickets, can you please contact me at 98765432."
Ans: We will advice our customers not to leave their contact numbers on our facebook/comments as it is visible to the public and may put your privacy at risk. Should you have an urgent need to purchase tickets or clarifications, it will be better to drop us an email at jaccyy@gmail.com as we can reply you on the spot.
7. "Hi, can you get the postman to come between 5PM to 7PM?"
Ans: Postmen are from Singpost and we do not have a say as to when they arrive at your doorstep. As such, we will recommend that you provide us with an address that has someone to sign the package. However, should you miss the postman, they will provide you with a collection slip. You can either arrange an alternative day for the delivery or may pick up the items yourself from the post office.
