青梅具体吃法：

凡大便不成形者，建议毎晚睡前一小时吃1-2颗，喝300ml-600ml热水（肠胃炎或60岁以上者从1颗吃起，逐步加量）

凡一天或几天一次排便者，建议晚饭前一小时吃2颗+600ml温水，晩上睡前一小时吃2颗+600ml热水

吃随便果唯一对喝水有要求：

水温30-40度（酵素保持活性）

每吃一颗果同时大口喝300ml热水

第二天早上空腹300ml热水，全天喝2.5ml热水

Instruction of taking Share Green plum:

If there is constipation problem, it is recommended to take 1-2 piece one hour before going to bed, take with 300ml-600ml hot water (gastroenteritis or above 60 years of age to start from 1 piece in the beginning and then increase gradually.) 

For those people who are defecation in few days’ time, proposed to take 2 pieces with warm water one hour before dinner, and one hour before going to bed. 

It is important to note the below requirement when taking the Share fruit:

Water temperature to be 30-40 degrees (so that enzyme to maintain active)

Drink 300 ml of hot water with every piece of the Share fruit.

In the next morning, drink 300ml hot water when empty stomach, while to drink 2.5ml hot water each day.

Share tips:

5.
