Precautions for use:
- Ask your doctor's professional advice.
- Always check the product for signs of wear or damage. If such a situation or product has been misused, please stop using and contact the original purchase or by the dealer.
- During use, please check the skin parts in contact with the product to understand the product usage. If you feel any discomfort, please stop using immediately, when the situation is serious, please seek medical treatment immediately.
- Since some of the damage may be more serious, professional medical assistance should be sought if the condition does not improve or even deteriorate within 48 hours after the product is used.
- Please use this product in the recommended body parts.
- Can not be used with non-original protective gear, hot pad, cold pad, temperature controller or AC / DC transformer.
- Do not puncture, pull, disassemble, destroy, re-throw, improper weight, press or lie, excessive wrinkle or fold this product, whether in use or when stored.
- Contact the original purchase or dealer to deal with damaged or defective products.
Cold:
- Do not use cold allergies.
- Do not place Neo cold pad on children's easy access and use it under adult supervision.
- If accidentally eating the Gel inside Cold Pack, please go to see the doctor to do neccessary assessment and further processing.
- In order to achieve the best cooling effect, it is recommended that the Neo cold pad be placed in the freezer for at least two hours before use.
- If the Neo cold pad has just been frozen, an additional towel or piece of thin cloth can be placed between the cold pad and the skin to avoid low temperatures causing frostbite.
- Please put the cabric heat pad out of the breathable net bag before cooling. Do not put cabric heat pad and Neo cold pad in ventilated net bag.
- Please check whether the Neo cold pad is leaked before use.
- Do not stand or increase weight on foot when using foot protection.
- The liquid in the package is ruptured and stained with the contents. Please wash with water.
- If you are contaminated with more sensitive parts, such as eyes, should be near to the doctor, to do the assessment and further processing.
- Do not cut Neo cold pad. Do not eat, only for external use.
- Do not heat Neo cold pad with microwave or hot water.
- The color of the product will increase with the increase in the number of times, but does not affect product performance.
- Do not expose Neo cold pad to the sun.
- When not in use, place the Neo cold pad in the freezer, do not twist or pressurize it.
Heating Pad:
- Do not use hot allergy sufferers or those who are feeling hot.
- Prohibited for use in infants or animals, young children or older persons should be used under appropriate adult supervision.
- Prohibit the use of patients who are asleep, unconscious or incapacitated.
- Prohibit the use of paralyzed persons and those who feel at ease (eg pregnant women, diabetes mellitus, etc.). - Hypertension, cardiovascular disease, chronic disease patients, circulatory problems or cardiac pacemaker implants, consult your physician's professional advice before use.
- Do not use in skin swelling, inflammation or open wounds. Nor can it be used in the heart or head.

- Do not use when cabric heatsinks, temperature controllers, AC / DC transformers are wet.
- Please put the Neo cold pad out of the breathable net bag before heating. Do not put cabric heat pad and Neo cold pad in ventilated net bag.
- Do not use the storage material (such as blankets or quilts, etc.) on the product.
- When the transformer is used, it should be inserted in an easily removable position.
- Do not use with a power outlet that is loose or can not be tightly connected to the plug.
- Keep the product away from fire or high temperature. Unplug the product when not in use.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the temperature controller, AC / DC transformer or cabric thermal pad.
- Do not remove the plug by pulling the wire. If any wires or parts are exposed, do not use it.
- Please keep the long wires away from the neck to avoid the risk of suffocation from the neck.
- After each use, please rest and add water.Do not use in flammable environments, or adjacent to oxygen and oxygen storage equipment.
