After Using them with water and my page dried it look as if I had just used regular colored pencils except my page was wrinkled. The colors did not blend at all. To get the effect that I wanted I ended up coloring on a plate and picking up the color with a wet brush. I might as well use paint. Maybe that's how all water colored pencils work, I don't know. The reason I gave them one star is the lead is awful! I have only used them on 5 Bible pages and half my pencils are halfway gone. The lead breaks so much that you have to sharpen, sharpen, and sharpen again. It's aggravating.
