Shipping and delivery
1) Orders would be processed by our Shop and sent out within 3 working days.
2) Processing time for Singapore Post SmartPac (Registered) and Singpost normal mail are 1-2 working days and 3 to 5 working days respectively.
3) We are not responsible for lost delivery/damage via Singpost normal mail as we do not have control over the delivery. Snap shot of proof of posting would be provided when requested.
4) Please select Singapore Post SmartPac (Registered) for your items to be tracked and fast delivery.
Exchange Policy
1) There may be slight differences in actual colours due to background lighting and monitor settings.
2) For detailed measurements and sizing matters, please contact us at OliverAshShop@gmail.com for clarifications before ordering. We are unable to do an exchange of items due to wrong size ordered.
3) We do a visual check on all items sent out. We apologised for any oversight on our part of manufacture defects found on the items. Exchange of defective items would be allowed within 3 days from receipt if the items are unwashed and unused (tags intact).
