It stops the stinging and burning you get with heat rash immediately. I have tried powders and other creams but nothing compares to this. It has a silky feeling to it and never feels sticky or gooey. It doesn't make a mess like powder does. I can't say enough about how much I love this product. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who gets heat rashes.
