We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 28 days of dispatch.
We now include a complementary returns label in all orders delivered within the UK. Simply attach to the package, take to the Post Office and obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail.
Like-for-like exchanges or exchanges of a higher monetary value (where additional payment is required) can be processed at a Paul Smith shop (this excludes Paul Smith concessions or third party department stores) at the manager^s discretion; so long as adequate proof of purchase is provided.
