古式製法を誠実に伝える天然醸造濃口醤油。国産原料使用。一般の仕込に比べ大豆を2割増しで仕込むので、旨味風味が格段によい。江戸時代から続く醸造蔵の蔵つき酵母が醸し出す滋味あふれ香り豊かな、しっかりとした味の中にまろやかな柔らか味のある醤油。特に煮物に。タレやかけ醤油としてももちろん美味。
