With the heat of the summer my skin had become dry and was glad to try the Gillette's Satin Care for dry skin with shea butter. I can testify, it was like heaven, smooth and silky to put on and the triple blade Simply Venus gave a close shave as the pivoted head was able to access those hard to reach spots and its moisture strip with aloe had the razor gliding up my legs. After shaving, I put on shorts to show off my legs instead of hiding them under crop pants. My three daughters wanted to try it too, so when they came to my house, I handed them the can and the razor handle with a new blade head, then they each took turns sampling these products. Note: It only takes a tiny amount of shave gel to accomplish your mission. I hope to post my three daughter's thoughts and pictures at a later date. This product gets four thumbs up from my family! The gel lathered up my legs perfectly and it provided my legs the protections they needed against nicks or cuts when shaving. When shaving, my razor worked so much better gliding along the gel instead of direct skin. It was a breath of relief when I discovered that there was no scent in the gel. Almost every other shaving gel on the market has such a strong smell that it is often difficult to find unscented gels. This is important for people with allergies, so this shaving gel is perfect for people with these issues. This shaving gel is also perfect for people with dry skin because it is enriched with shea butter, which provides extra nourishment for your skin. Most shaving gels do not have this. This shaving gel would be perfect in the winter, when everyone is prone to dry skin. Shaving can sometimes dry out skin, so this extra protection is wonderful. A little of this gel goes a long way, so I expect this shaving gel to last a long time before it needs replacing. The gel lathers the area smoothly and evenly, allowing for a nice close shave as well as leaving the area feeling like satin and moisturized afterwards. No need to apply lotion after. I also have noticed that using the gel that Gillette has sent me works MUCH better than shaving foams I have used in the past. Unlike the shaving foams, I feel like the gel sticks on the skin better than the foam. The shaving gel is much more better quality then a foam gel. The gel had saved me a step of feeling the need to apply lotion to my legs after shaving. The gel is like a 2 and 1 product by helping your razor give you a close shave and leaving your legs silky and smooth! Thank you Gil
