Delivery
At the moment, all orders are send to SINGAPORE address only.
We will process and send your order within 2 - 4 working days (excluding Sunday & Public Holiday) upon confirmation of payment.

For Singapore Delivery ONLY
You will receive your item(s) within 4 to 8 days upon confirmation of payment.

> NORMAL Mail: No tracking number is provided and package will be delivered to your mailbox directly.
* Customer who has selected Singpost Normal Mail service, we shall not be responsible for any lost mail. We strongly recommend customers to use Registered Mail service.

> REGISTERED Mail: Tracking number will be provided and package will be delivered directly to your doorstep based on the mailing address that you have provided. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.

Refund / Exchange
We will only provide refund if the item is out of stock / sold out. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid as this is due to gmarket policy where they will penalized the reseller. We seek your understanding on this.
