use when driving for lower back support (the smallest size is probably better for this use)
use on your office chair (again the smallest size will probably be better for this use)
rest your head while watching tv
try it under you knees when your lower back hurts
for chronic shoulder pain, place pillow under your upper arm and shoulder for a more comfortable sleep
when you have a headache or neck spasm, put it in the freezer for an hour before using for maximum cooling effect
use while stretching or doing yoga
do not place pillow in washer or dryer
