All items are directly shipping from Korea. Shipping time for normal mails may vary from 6~8days.

We are not responsible for any lost items and return by normal mail. Please put your correct address, recipient into Gmarket and check your mailbox.

Cancel, Return & Exchange

Since the item is posted from Korea, “No cancellation, return or exchange will be allowed”

Except following cases

1. manufacturer defects of the items(see the definition below)

2. Incorrect item were sent

On these specific cases, you may directly inquire to seller and provide appropriate evidence to proof your claims.

Once your claim is approved, we will give you how to return, exchange or refund your item.

Definition of manufacturer defects

Major stain (light color clothes especially). Stains larger than ten-cent coin diameter.

Major thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, Major mis-alignment of the seams

Other conditions

Size : measurement is subject to max 2~3cm tolerance.

Color : the color you see on the monitor may be slightly different from the actual colors of garments.

Due to various reasons such as monitor temperature setting and maker’s differentiation.

Items worn and stained or applied with perfume, has cigarette smell, altered in any form, washed, sent.

For dry cleaning and/or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange White items and promotional items are not allowed for exchange or refund.
