Shipping Policy

1. Items will be posted out within 2 working days upon payment received

2. We will not be responsible if your item is lost through normal postage

3. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged during mail delivery

4. If any of the item /colour ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email or SMS

5. We encourage you to choose registered postage. That will be additional $2.50.

6. You will only need to select the registered mail once only if you order more than 1 unit.  Registered mail cost is per shippment


Money Back Policy

 
1. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 working days from the date of posting.

2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, The True Shop will refund the original product purchase price less all postage fee incurred. Postage fee is non refundable

3. The following fees and/or charges will not be refunded:

    * Postage Cost to return the item to The True Shop

4. Item returned must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.  Used item will not be accepted

5. Buyer is to bear all the delivery charges for items return
