I love the highly viscuous consistency of the product. It made it so that I could control how much or little for each use. It has a very light pleasant scent and does a very good job as a body wash (hand soap substitute). I only have one complaint: there is a film/residue that remains on the skin after you rinse. Since I could control the amount I use, I know that it is not incomplete rinsing. I feel the somewhat oily residue on my skin and I don't like it. If this is the hydration ingredient then it is doing it's job, but I can't get over that feeling. I do , however, recommend trying this product and experiencing it yourself. Perhaps you might not find it as bothersome as I. Only one way to find out... For the most part, it lives up to the claim.After trying it several times in the shower, it had a pleasant, but not overpowering scent. The blue and white-striped gel came out easily enough and was easy to apply, but it took a little long to wash off.. And after showering, there were blobs of product at the bottom of my bathtub. Why did it not break up and easily rinse away I don't know. That said, I would recommend this product for it's ability to clean my body thoroughly and the fresh scent. Just be careful not to use too much body wash and to thoroughly rinse your tub after showering.
