Traditionally Crafted Spelt Soba Pasta

Eden® Spelt Soba offers both spelt, an ancient wheat that's said to make the spirit of man light and cheerful, and whole buckwheat. North American family farm organically grown, small batch crafted and air dried. Delicious in kombu shoyu soy sauce broth (dashi), stir-fires, salads, with a favorite sauce, or sprinkled with gomasio (sesame salt). Low sodium / a good source of protein.

Directions
To Prepare Cook in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, drain, rinse and serve.
