From this wish, the hair cosmetics NOTIO with the skin care concept was born.

Hand cream base so you can use it for your hands too.

We selected hand cream base for the formulation so that it fits much better to the skin.

The NOTIO products do not leave your skin greasy or sticky. 
We blend the non-sticky hear setting components and the component close to the skin sebum to reduce the stickiness.

Fragrance with IFRA certificate. We use fragrance according to the risk-managed and international usage standard “IFRA-defined standard”.

Feature 1:
Moisturizing effect. By blending the highly hygroscopic components
like glycerin and sorbitol, your hair and skin become naturally moisturized but not sticky. This is because glycerin and sorbitol take the air moisture into your hair and skin.

Barrier effect. We increase the barrier effect to maintain the healthy hair and skin by supplying vegetable lipids (CMC, ceramide) analog.
