How to Use:
1- Open the meat thermometer, and clean the probe;
2- Press ON button and choose ℃/℉, insert the probe into your food or liquid;
3- The temperature will be read out in the large LCD display, press HOLD button to keep the reading;
4- After use, please use soap water to clean the metal probe, PLEASE NOTE that the product is not waterproof, and must not put the whole into the water;
5- Dry the thermometer and fold, keep it in the kitchen drawer or hang on the shelf;

Please Note:
1- NEVER use the meat thermometer in a closed OVEN!
2- During using, please do not touch the hot metal probe to prevent burns;
3- The metal probe is with a sharp end, please fold it after use for safety;
