You can pick the colors and the order they are in around the hoop. Add a note on your order with your design. It comes with one snap button connector. Get creative and make a one of a kind rainbow hoop!! You can pick from any of the tapes we sell. This hoop comes fully wrapped with clear protection tape at no extra charge.
