Measuring Temperature via Eardrum:

To measure via eardrum, first remove the sensor cover. For children older than 1 Year old, gently pull the ear upward and insert the thermometer probe into your ear. Once the sensor is aligned with the eardrum, press Button and let go after 1 sec. For children younger than 1 Year old, gently pull the ear straight back to ensure that the ear canal is straight.

Measuring Forehead Temperature:

With the probe cover attached, point the thermometer at the center of the forehead.Move the thermometer towards the forehead until the probe cover touches the skin. The probe cover acts as a distance guide and ensures that the measuring distance between the thermometer and the forehead is correct. Press and release the button. The temperature will be displayed on the screen instantly.
