The Liliane Collection towels are thin but highly absorbent. After one or two wash/dry cycles, the towels will become softer and more absorbent (and will lose any lint that they have when new). The towels will also shrink by an inch or two in length; this is normal as the threads become more tightly woven after the wash.

• Always wash your towels as soon as you receive them and before using them for the first time.
• You can wash our herringbone dish towels, glass towels and terry bar mops with bleach in cold, warm or hot water.
• Do not wash our vintage*, microfiber* and Barylo* towels with bleach. These towels should be washed in cold water and are not bleach safe.
• Do not use fabric softener in the wash machine.
• Machine dry in low heat or delicate cycle setting.
• Our towels are 100% cotton, so they should shrink 1-2 inches after their first wash.
• We recommend that you avoid drying in medium or high heat as this will cause excessive shrinking.
