• Apply 2 coats of nail polish.
• While polish is still wet, pour a thick coat of flocking powder onto nail.
• Wait 20 seconds and then lightly press on flocking powder to set.
• Wait 1-2 minutes until nails are dry. Then gently brush away excess flocking powder from nail.
