The ReFa CARAT can be used all over your body and face everyday to see maximum results.
Move the rollers gently along the contours of your face and body. You can adjust the pressure by pivoting the handle up and down. We recommend rolling your ReFa CARAT several times in the same direction over one section of your body, then roll in the opposite direction. When applying to your upper body, you should first roll up, then down. For your lower body, first roll down, then up. |

Please Remember:
Because the ReFa depends on sunlight or indoor light to create microcurrent, make sure you don’t cover up the solar panel on the handle while you’re using your ReFa.
Also, if you’re using the ReFa on someone else, it’s important to place your free hand directly on their skin. This completes the circuit and allows the microcurrent to flow into their skin and not be absorbed by your body.
