Supports Body Detoxification Pathways & Nitric Oxide Production Citrulline is an amino acid used to enhance nitric oxide (NO0 production and for the detoxification of ammonia levels. Ammonia is a toxic byproduct of muscle metabolism which decreases performance. Nitric oxide is responsible for dilating blood vessels which transports fresh nutrients and oxygen to working muscle while allowing toxins to be removed. Citrulline works with Amino Arginine & Ornithine to help rid the body of ammonia. Citrulline also provides a readily available substrate for arginine production, which is used for the production of nitric oxide. Citrulline is an important intermediate in the urea cycle.

Directions
Take 1 scoop with 6-8 oz water or your favorite beverage twice daily on an empty stomach. Take first dose in the morning & second dose one hour prior to workout. I workout is in the morning then take second dose a half hour prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64oz.of water daily while using L-Citrulline For maximum benefit, take up to (6000mg) per day. When using powder mix for 15 or 20 seconds using a shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon. May be hygroscopic and may clump during storage which will not affect the quality of the product.
