Directions for Use:

For cold compress: Put icy water or ice into the bag,close the cover tight and apply the bag to the injured body part or affected area.

For heat compress: Put warm water below 60 degree celsius into the bag,close the cover tight and apply the bag to the injured body part or affected area.
