Method of use: (as shown in the picture)

Put the product flat on feet; put the puller head between your thumb and forefinger deep.

The aluminum bar suitable to thumb inside; lay out good, wrapped tightly.

Bridle the thumb with puller head along the direction of aluminum plate.
